If there\u2019s any buildup<span> of earwax<\/span>, remove it with a brush, wax pick or wire loop. If that doesn\u2019t work, check for blockages. You may need to clean the device or replace the wax guard.<\/li><li><strong>If sounds are coming through muffled or soft, <\/strong>the sound outlet or microphone port may be clogged. Again, check for blockages and clean the device. If cleaning doesn\u2019t help, your hearing may have changed.<\/li><li><strong>If you hear whistling or feedback, <\/strong>you may have an earwax blockage in your ear or the device isn\u2019t placed properly.
